A full aircon service is recommended every two years with internal filters every year.
Suburban-BRAND Hot Water System Service
Suburban Hot Water Systems are fitted with a sacrificial anode that protects the inner metal water tank from water corrosion.
These need to be inspected and replaced at least every 12 months including a full flush of your hot water system and water lines.
